Lynne busy dehydrating

Lynne's kitchen had a huge dehydrator on the counter and a card table nearby with dried pears on it. I tasted them and they were good!

 This is a special corer that takes out the middle. I finally found one at Bed, Bath and Beyond. After the core is out, one simply slices them and stack quickly on the racks. No juices or preservatives needed.

These were mine; they came out a little dry, but the next ones will dehydrate  for a shorter period of time. Taste good too!
